A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY
Good questions.
Straightforward answers.
Getting started shouldn’t feel complicated. Here’s what to know about working together.
01What can you help my business with?
Website design, digital marketing, and branding. That can mean a new website, a refreshed visual identity, social media content, SEO, or a strategy that connects those pieces. We’ll start by identifying what will be most useful for your business.
02Do you offer one-time projects and ongoing support?
Yes. Some businesses need a focused project, like a website or brand refresh. Others need ongoing marketing help. We can discuss project work or monthly support and outline the services that fit your needs in a proposal.
03What does working together look like?
We start with a conversation about your business and goals. From there, you’ll receive a proposed scope and plan. We move into design and setup, review the work together, make agreed adjustments, and prepare for launch. Ongoing support can be discussed as part of that plan.
04What do I need to provide?
Your business goals, existing brand assets, and any website or marketing materials are helpful starting points. Depending on the project, we may also need photography, service information, approved copy, or access to your existing platforms. We’ll work out a clear list together.
05Can you work with my existing website or brand?
Let’s take a look. We can discuss what’s working, where the gaps are, and whether a focused improvement or a broader refresh makes sense. The right approach depends on your current setup and what you want to accomplish.
06How much does a project cost?
Website design is $999 for 5 pages or $1,299 for 10 pages, with hosting quoted separately. Websites with 20+ pages receive a custom quote. Full digital marketing is $1,300/month with a 12-month commitment, $1,400/month with 6 months, or $1,500/month with a 2-month minimum on the monthly option. Ad spend and printing are separate from the marketing package.
07How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the size of the project, the content involved, and the review process. We’ll discuss a realistic schedule as part of your proposal, including what we need from you to keep the work moving.
08How soon can I expect SEO results?
SEO is an ongoing process, and the pace varies with your market, competition, website, and content. There are no guaranteed rankings or fixed timelines for results. We focus on a sound foundation, useful content, and measurement that helps inform the next steps.
09Do you only work with Connecticut businesses?
Connecticut and New England small businesses are at the heart of Just-in Time. If you’re located elsewhere, get in touch and we can talk about whether the partnership is a good fit.
